How we work

Four stages, in this order, every time. You know what happens next and what it costs before it happens.

    Scope

    We start with a conversation, not a proposal template. What are you trying to achieve, what already exists, what is the real deadline, and what is the budget? You get back a written scope, a schedule and a fixed price, and you can cut or add before anything is committed.

    Build

    Work happens in short, visible increments against the agreed scope. You see running software early and often rather than a status report, so course corrections are cheap instead of catastrophic.

  3. 03

    Verify

    Automated tests, cross-browser and cross-device checks, accessibility and performance passes, and a security review before anything reaches production. This is the stage most suppliers quietly skip. It is the reason we exist.

    Hand over

    You receive the code, the pipelines, the documentation and the credentials. Keep us on retainer or take it all in-house. Either way you own it outright, and nothing is held hostage.

Most studios treat QA as the thing they do if the schedule holds. We came from the testing side, so verification is designed into the plan from day one, which is precisely why our projects tend to land on the date we gave you.

No account managers, no relay race between a salesperson and an offshore team you never meet. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and answers your email six months later.

Nothing is held hostage

Code, hosting, domains, pipelines and documentation are yours, in your own accounts, from the start. If you ever want to leave, you can. A supplier who has to lock you in has already lost the argument.

Privacy and security by default

We build sites that do not leak your visitors to third parties. This page is the proof: no external scripts, no hosted fonts, no analytics, no cookies, no trackers, and a locked-down content security policy. We hold our own work to that standard first.

What exactly does BiSonD do?

BiSonD is a quality-assurance and software studio based in Kozani, Greece. Our main work is testing: writing the automated suites that prove an application does what it should. Alongside that we build AI-enhanced automation to remove repetitive work, and we develop the websites, web applications and online stores themselves.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

We are based in Kozani, Greece, and we work remotely with clients anywhere in the world. Every project runs over email and video calls; on-site work within Greece can be arranged when a project genuinely needs it.

How much does a project cost?

There are no fixed packages. We scope the project first, then quote a fixed price for that scope. The estimate itemises what you are paying for, so you can add or remove work before anything starts.

Do you work on existing projects, or only new builds?

Both. A large share of our work is picking up applications someone else built: adding a test suite, fixing performance, repairing a stalled migration, or taking over long-term maintenance.

What is test automation, and do I actually need it?

Test automation is software that exercises your application the way a user would, on every change, and reports what broke. You need it once manual re-testing has become the slowest part of shipping, or when a bug reaching production is expensive. For a small brochure site it is usually overkill, and we will tell you so rather than sell it to you.

Which technologies do you work with?

We work across the mainstream web stack: Python, modern front-end frameworks, REST APIs and headless CMS back ends, with automated testing built on tools such as Selenium and Playwright, wired into CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes. After hand-over you can keep us on a monthly retainer for updates, monitoring, dependency and security patching, and continued test coverage, or take everything in-house. The code, pipelines and documentation are yours either way.

Which industries do you work with?

We are industry-agnostic. Past work spans e-commerce, professional services, local business and internal business tooling. What matters more than your sector is whether the problem is a good fit for a small senior team that will tell you the truth about scope.

Does this website track me?

No. This page loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics or embeds, and sets no cookies. The only JavaScript is a small first-party file that powers the menu and theme switch. Nothing you do here is recorded or shared with anyone.
